Duck, Duck, Goose

Salem pond is a fun place to take the kids it'n not far from where we live. It has a park for the kids, Ty can get in his float tube to fish, and we can feed ducks! We had our nephew Alec with us and needed to do something fun to keep the little ones busy. We saw a couple Geese and ducks as well as ducklings. So darn cute! The boys were so exited to see them. They fed them and tried getting close enough to pet them and that didn't work. LOL

 Cambria wasn't sure what to think...This is her first time seeing ducks and geese and trying to understand what they were. She seemed to think they were pretty cool. She would point and make barking noises and just study them. 

 Tyler loves to fish. He loves getting out in his float tube. Quite a workout I'm sure.

 The ducks and geese finally came out of the water and onto the land. The boys tried petting them and Cambria wanted very badly to get out of her stroller so she could pet them too but I could see that ending very badly and I didn't feel like jumping in the pond on this particular day. 

A good way to spend a warm evening. Thanks honey for the idea. 

Splash Pad!

Rhiannon and I took the kids to the Splash Pad park in Spanish Fork. A nice way to cool down  on a hot day. Callen, Alec and Cambria were so exited to see the water. 

 There they go!! Cambria wasn't so sure at first it was a bit cold. 

 She was watching the boys run, laugh and play so she'd do the same. 

 She was looking in the hole and I was hoping she'd loose interest real fast before the water shot up and hit her in the face...

 My handsome boy Callen so cute! Love him! He had so much fun!

 Oh how I LOVE LOVE this picture!!! I hardly have any with my kids. She isn't smiling or looking at the camera but I love it regardless. 

 All the kiddos and I. Becca was with her daddy so she wasn't with us. :( We'll go again though. 

 My lovely sister Re and Alec. I love her so much! We have so much fun together! I am glad she came with and got out of the house. Her husband is working out of town and I think she is having a hard time and misses him a lot.

 After the kids grew tired of the water (I know! Is that even possible) LOL we strolled to the park area and played. Cambria loves the swings especially when she is tired. She cried when I took her out of the swing to go check on the boys. Re went and got us Cafe Rio for lunch. YUM YUM 

 Hey boys! They are playing on the playground. I love this park it's really neat! All kinds of things for the kids to play on and do and it's all new! 

 They are drying off in the sun.. I think everyone is getting worn out! I think it's about time to go...

 Cambria took a cat nap. She'd had it. She was tired. Her allergies acted up and her eye got a little swollen and red. 

She had red blotches around the outside so I gave her benadryl and that seemed to help.

HAPPY FATHERS DAY TY!

These pictures were taken Fathers Day. On our way home from the family BBQ at Grandma and Grandpa Wildes house Ty and I got to enjoy the quiet car and witness this beautiful sunset together. I wish I would've gotten more pictures this day but thought I'd post anyway. 

My husband is an amazing father! He means the world to me and our kids. I honestly am not sure if my life would ever be complete without him in it. We are high school sweet hearts (although we went to different schools) we grew up in the same town and knew of one another and I'd had a crush on him. He asked me out and well here we are 8 years down the road..We essentially grew up together, beat his addiction together, built a home together (with our own hands), and brought 2 precious beautiful babies into this world together. Our son Callen, and five years later our daughter Cambria! We've done so much together. We are SO lucky to have one another. We beat the odds and we've managed to nourish our young love and have watched it grow over the years.. Sure there have been hard times but it's only made us stronger and made us realize that what we have is worth fighting for! 

Our kids are OUR world and they've made it such a wonderful world to be in :) <3 Thank you Ty for being the father of our children and the sexiest man of my dreams!!! I <3 YOU!!!! HAPPY FATHERS DAY!

Happy 6th Birthday Callen

 Callen turned 6 on June 16th and we had his party on the 18th we invited family over had a BBQ and planned to do presents and cake and go swimming at the pool. My friend Kera made Callen a Volcano cake. It was AWESOME! It smoked and we put sparklers on the top so it'd spark. She is an amazing job and everyone LOVED it. Not only did it look amazing but it was yummy too!!! Thanks Kera!!!

 Callen opened presents after we ate and he got tons of stuff! We bought him a new Nintendo DS lite (which he loved!!!) a case for it to go in and a case to hold his games. We also got him some crocks, socks, and clothes. He got a water gun, legos, galaxy night light, Kung Fu Zhu Zhu pet, armor, and battle arena, a pillow pet, some VERY cute outfits from grandma, a pokemon DS game, and $30 dollars. :) He did pretty well! Loves everything he got. 

 Time came to sing Happy Birthday and his eyes lit up when he saw the sparklers. He thought this was very cool. He repeatedly tried blowing them out and realized they were not going to blow out so he waited for them to finish sparking. 

Happy Birthday to my little man! You've grown so much! You are my handsome little guy! You are so smart and you mean the world to your dad and I and your baby sister!!
